1. "Squeeze Me In" and Home Service Charges:
- “Squeeze Me In”: For appointments before or after business hours, an extra charge of ₦20,000 applies.
- Home Service: Home service appointments may incur an additional charge of ₦30,000 or more based on location.
2. Booking Policies:
- To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the service charge is required. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
- Please note that we operate a strict non-refund policy. Once a booking is confirmed and the deposit is made, it cannot be refunded.
3. To Avoid Cancellation:
- Please arrive at your lash appointment with clean lashes.
- Moms with young children are expected to have a nanny present during the appointment.
- Please avoid wearing makeup before your appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in cancellation or rescheduling, with a charge of ₦5,000.
- We reserve the right to turn down clients who behave inappropriately.
4. Rescheduling, No Show, and Lateness Policy:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a 24-hour notice.
- Rescheduling can be done within 24 hours of the initial cancellation through WhatsApp.
- No-shows or failure to provide notice will result in a charge of 100% of the deposit balance.
- Last-minute cancellations will also be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in cancellation or rescheduling.
- Please note that appointments are only confirmed upon payment. Failure to make payment means no appointment is scheduled.
