Service Refunds
- Non-Refundable Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your final bill.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
- No Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in a reschedule and an additional fee of 5,000 NGN.
- Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to address your concerns and offer a solution, which may include a complimentary correction service. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
Product Refunds
- Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all product returns.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and special promotional products are non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
- Allergy or Adverse Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction or any adverse effects from a product or service, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and may offer a credit or alternative solution.
- Exceptional Cases: Refunds for exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management.
Home Service and "Squeeze Me In" Charges
- Home Service: An additional charge of 30,000 NGN and above applies to home service appointments.
- “Squeeze Me In”: Appointments outside of regular business hours incur an extra charge of 20,000 NGN.
